Search - Non-public recruitment
Working with search has become an increasingly important component in the recruitment work to find the right candidate for the specific assignment. Executive Search
We work for both private business and the public sector. Our broad network of contacts and our research capacity give us the opportunity to deliver top candidates in Executive Search processes and in advertised recruitment we can offer the market’s best exposure in digital media and we also handle advertising in all kinds of ”print media”.
Our solid recruitment process ensures a deep understanding of our customers’ situation and the challenges in the role we recruit for. Furthermore, we have a structured approach to quality assurance of our candidates.
Important steps in the recruitment process:
- We create insight through a basic analysis of our customers’ challenges and situation. This is done in a meeting with the recruiting manager and other relevant decision-makers at our client.
- Our basic analysis work is the basis for choosing a recruitment method. For some roles, advertising is best suited and in other cases we carry out a pure search process. Sometimes the best results are given by combining search and advertising. When advertising, we support the choice of media and the design and publication of ad text.
- The analysis is also the basis for which candidates we choose to contact.
- The candidates who match our client’s needs are invited to us for an in-depth interview.
- We usually present three to five candidates for each position. In addition to the candidate’s CV, we also request grades and relevant certificates of the candidates presented.
- During the final stage of the recruitment process, we act as a ”speaking partner” for both the candidate and the decision-maker at our client.
- For the selected final candidate, we carry out a 360-degree reference taking with an additional 2-4 references. Furthermore, we offer the opportunity to carry out an in-depth personal analysis performed by a licensed psychologist.
- We follow up the recruitment with both customer and candidate six months after starting employment.
