How we work - Our unique process

With our experience, we know what is required for positions within Supply Chain. We also know that industry experience, specializations and practical experience play a major role in the selection of suitable candidates. Different positions mean different requirements in different companies. We match carefully what expectations you have for the position, both now and in the future.

Our interview methodology is to find out what competencies the candidates have linked to the expectations you have for the various positions. Unlike other recruiters, we go extra hard on the requirements specification. Nobody knows everything and we focus extra hard on the candidates having the experience and professional knowledge required.

Through case-based interviews, we evaluate areas such as functional competence, strategic competence, professional competence, personal competence, social / communicative competence as well as industry experience and general professional knowledge.

The recruitment process

Preparation

Initially, information about the company, the organization and the service is collected, ie. job description, organizational situation, career paths, salary level and development, etc. to obtain a basis for a requirements specification.

Search and selection

We search our network and candidate register for candidates, handle applications., interviews and make several selection to find the suitable candidates. On the final candidates, knowledge tests, behavioral analyses and reference taking are performed.

Presentation

During the presentation and review of the candidates we consider suitable for the position, we make a comprehensive summary of the candidates’ profiles..

Follow-up

We will follow up on whether the recruitment was as expected for both the client and the candidate. We make sure that both clients and new employees are satisfied.

Analysis and tests

In order to be able to distinguish between candidates with similar education and experience, advanced tests need to be performed. In most cases, you as a client also have requests for personal qualities, e.g. performance oriented, influencing, analytical, etc.

We can ensure that these personal qualities are also evaluated through behavioral analyzes. We want to know what motivates different people in working life where attitudes, interests and goals are factors that influence. We use these behavioral analyzes because people’s differences are important. If you are unsure of which personal qualities you want / should supplement your department with, we make an analysis of the entire group.
